Same home — two different clients!

I renovated and designed the living room and foyer, then my clients moved, and the new homeowners liked my design so much they asked me to finish the main bedroom.

The living room is a study in understated elegance with face-to-face sofas flanking the marble fireplace. The style is elevated by the judicious use of reflective surfaces—a signature mirror, glass and satin brass coffee tables, stainless steel concentric sculptures, and eye-catching accessories.

The foyer is now redefined as a beautiful, useable space instead of just being a pass-through. The original mismatched floors are replaced with 24 inch honed, travertine stone tile to visually connect the spaces.

My clients bought this home over all the others because of our luxurious cohesive design we accomplished throughout the ground floor living spaces with the prior homeowners.

The juxtaposing styles between husband and wife (he likes modern clean lines – she likes romantic with an edge) really make the bedroom design unique and exciting. Although I don’t consider myself a “theme designer”, this one lends itself to “Fairytale Romance with a Rock n’ Roll Edge.”
