Nancy Wright, Interior Designer
Nancy holds a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University’s School of Visual & Performing Arts. With over 15 years of experience spanning from the East Coast to the Midwest, her career commenced in commercial design, where she honed her skills in process-driven corporate and space planning standards. She later achieved the position of Senior Designer at Gensler New York, a renowned global architecture, design, and planning firm. After taking a break to raise her three children, Nancy meticulously planned the relaunch of her career. She gained high proficiency in various 2D and 3D modeling software programs, alongside attending color theory and sketching courses at the New York School of Interior Design. Nancy remains actively engaged with the design community and keeps herself up-to-date with the latest design trends. Her interests extend to photography, architecture, museums, and, above all, traveling with her family.
Sarah Kennedy Dolce, Interior Designer
Sarah is a 12 year veteran of the design community and a love of furniture runs in her blood: her family has been a part of the industry for over 30 years. After graduating from Lehigh University, Sarah began her career going through the rigorous Buyer program at Saks Fifth Avenue. Sarah then went on to work in the Visual and Marketing department of Carolee Designs, Inc., honing the art of merchandising. After a brief “retirement” to raise her three young children, Sarah started her own design firm, Shea Dolce Interiors in 2011, jumping headfirst into a whole house construction project in Wyoming. A career highlight was successfully designing and launching a capsule collection of furniture for Chaddock in 2015.
Andrea Wintergerst, Project Coordinator & Design Associate
Andrea Wintergerst is a seasoned interior designer with over a decade of experience. Having collaborated with award-winning designers across Westchester, Fairfield, Miami, and the Hamptons, her work encompassed a diverse range of projects, including both residential and commercial ventures, totaling over 20 successful completions from inception to execution.
Andrea’s holistic approach to design underscores her belief that our surroundings significantly influence our behavior, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful and intentional spaces. When she’s not immersed in the world of design, Andrea finds solace in spending quality time outdoors with her family, embracing the balance between her professional passion and personal life.
Noelle Destefano, Marketing & Operations
Noelle is a creative, highly organized self-starter with 25 years of experience in design, marketing, and communications. Always naturally artistic, Noelle was never without a pencil and sketchpad growing up. After working as a high fashion model in NYC in the early 90’s, she transformed her creative talent into a digital career. From working in senior management for a technology company to starting her own creative firm in 2003, Noelle brings a wealth of artistic, technical, and leadership experience to Beth Krupa Interiors. When not at the computer, Noelle can be found on her yoga mat. She has made 6 long trips to India to study yoga and is an Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, a distinction held by only two people in Connecticut.
Joy Indursky, BK Home Retail Stylist
Joy Indursky is a seasoned senior executive with two decades of success in the fashion industry. Joy has since worked with high-end galleries to pair designers and dealers with rare antiques and luxury pieces. She brings her unparalleled expertise and creativity to help customers curate exquisite spaces at BKI Home.
Lori Janoff, BK Home Retail Stylist
Lori’s career began in advertising and package design working on major national brands, following her graduation from Cornell University. While raising her family in Larchmont, she taught pre-school and spent many gratifying years fundraising and volunteering, including facilitating bereavement groups for children and serving on various community and school committees & boards. Her sales career began at Saks and later moved to NYC and worked for Williams Sonoma. A recent Connecticut transplant, she was part of the team that launched Hudson Grace in Greenwich before joining BKI. Lori loves getting to know her clients and prides herself in providing excellent customer service. When not at work, Lori enjoys spending time with her growing family & husband, oil painting, pickleball, canasta and pilates.
